1. Expand the annotated outline and agree the drafting process of the Introduction and Drivers/Pressures chapters
2. Expand the annotated outline and agree the drafting process for the State and Trends of the Environment chapters
3. Expand the annotated outline and agree the drafting process for the Policy chapters
4. Expand the annotated outline and agree the drafting process for the Outlooks chapters
5. Where possible, begin the drafting process for the chapters.
