Report on the Quick Start Programme and its Trust Fund - Note by the Secretariat

The secretariat has the honour to circulate, for the information of participants, a report on the Quick Start Programme and its Trust Fund (see annex). The secretariat prepared the report in order to provide information on the status of the Programme, its Trust Fund and portfolio of projects. The Open-ended Working Group may wish to take note of the information contained therein. The report has not been formally edited.
