UNEP Evaluation Synthesis Report 2010-2011

This report presents analyses of information synthesized from one formative evaluation, one outcome and influence evaluation and thirty-seven in-depth project evaluations. It also presents a description of approaches to evaluating the sub-programmes of the Mid Term Strategy (MTS), and findings from internal and external assessments of the performance of the evaluation function which includes preliminary findings of a Peer Review of UNEP's Evaluation function. The report also contains, in a separate chapter, analyses of the compliance status of evaluation recommendations.
