Plastic Material Flow and Value Chain Analysis (Thailand)

This document was developed under the SEA Circular project, implemented by the United Nations Environment Programme and the Coordinating Body on the Seas of East Asia, with funding from the Government of Sweden. It presents a plastic material flow and value chain analysis for Thailand, drawing on the most recent available primary and secondary data. The study examines plastic packaging and products produced and recycled in the country, the forms in which plastic waste occurs, and the ways waste is managed or mismanaged. It also assesses and estimates plastic waste leakage.
