Discussion of Possible Options to Address Possible Gaps in International Environmental Law and Environment-related Instruments: Permanent Mission of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the United Nations

Enviibnmental sustainability is recognized in the National Constitution of Irdyanmar proclaiming that "the Union shall protect and corsorvoanatural envirbnment (Sectiot 45)" and in the National Comprehensive Development Planning as a key prerequisite for sustainable economic development.
