Terminal Evaluation of the UNEP Project: Capacity Building in Environmental Impact Assessment and Promotion of Public Participation in West Asia

This report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP project implemented between 2008 and 2010. The project aimed to enhance the effective use of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedures for developmental projects as well as public participation in the EIA process in the region. The evaluation was undertaken to assess project performance and the implementation of planned project activities and planned outputs against actual results.
