Draft Work Programme of the African Ministerial Conference on the Environment for the Biennium 2013–2014

This document outlines the draft 2013–2014 work programme for AMCEN for consideration at its fourteenth session in Arusha. It responds to Rio+20 follow-up and reviews Africa’s preparations for UNFCCC and CBD meetings. Activities are grouped by regional programmes, conventions, capacity-building, and resource mobilization, with a matrix of objectives and partners.
