This document describes how a footwear manufacturing enterprise in Thika, Kenya improved production and management through support from the Switch Africa Green project. Training, technical guidance and product testing strengthened quality assurance, reduced material waste, expanded products from leather offcuts, created jobs, improved record keeping, and lowered energy costs overall.
