Human Rights and the Environment

The United Nations Environment Programme has developed four illustrations (on the cover page) which are a visual representation of human rights obligations related to the environment. This is a bibliography of the sources of the rights shown in those four illustrations. This document is not meant to be exhaustive as these rights exist across numerous instruments and laws.
