Invitation to Participate in High-Level Dialogue & Press Conference: UN Environment to Launch Flagship Emissions Gap Report

This document invites participation in a press conference and high-level dialogue on 3 November 2016 at Central Hall, Westminster, London. It announces the launch of new scientific assessments by UN Environment and partners. One report evaluates national policy commitments through 2030 and quantifies the gap to required emission cuts, with links to SDGs, sustainable energy, gender, non-state action, and finance.
