It summarizes CReW’s components and outcomes—innovative financing mechanisms, construction of treatment plants, strengthened policies and laws, a bilingual knowledge website, and training for 600+ practitioners—along with lessons that informed the follow-on CReW+ with five pillars: enabling standards, financing facility, infrastructure, technology testing, and communication.en
