It outlines CEPPOL’s aims to coordinate regional monitoring, generate comparable data, and support legal and technical measures, then applies a common methodology to estimate domestic, industrial, riverine, and nonpoint contributions where available. Principal stressors are untreated sewage, petroleum hydrocarbons, sedimentation, nutrient enrichment, pesticides, and marine debris, with analyses organized across six subregions and summarized in tables of biochemical oxygen demand, suspended solids, nutrients, and oil and grease.en
