dc.descriptionThis report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP GEF project implemented between 2010 and 2014. The project aimed to consolidate the biosafety management capacities needed to implement the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety (CPB). This was approached through four components that combined institutional and systemic-level support for policy and regulatory proposals, capacity building, education and public awareness, and improved operational procedures for LMO applications and information management.
