Jointly developed by the Environmental Quality Authority (EQA) and the Ministry of Agriculture, the Guidelines aims at providing good agricultural practices for the conservation of organic matter and moisture content in soils to minimize the deterioration and the pollution caused by agricultural activities, improve the quality of products, and increase the value added to agricultural production.en
