dc.descriptionThis report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP project implemented between 2007 and 2008. The primary objective of this project was to further strengthen the substantive relevance of the African Roundtable on Sustainable Consumption and Production (ARSCP) by facilitating the development and implementation of the African 10YFP on SCP as approved by the African Ministerial Conference on Environment (AMCEN) in March 2005. The objective of the terminal evaluation was to examine the contribution of the Project towards the achievement of expected accomplishments and the extent, and magnitude of any project impacts.
