Bridging the Emissions Gap: A UNEP Synthesis Report

This report explains to decision-makers and stakeholders the range of potential options available to close the emissions gap in 2020. It includes a package of ideas beginning with the big picture from the modeling community, then focusing on opportunities to reduce emissions from international sources of emissions, and finally highlighting current national efforts in important emitter countries.
