Draft Workplan and Budget for the Caribbean Environment Programme for the Biennium 2002-2003

This workplan covers the biennium 2002-2003 and sets forward the environmental priorities for the Wider Caribbean Region, as they relate to the implementation of the Convention for the Protection and Development of the Marine Environment of the Wider Caribbean Region (Cartagena Convention) and its protocols and the Action Plan of the Caribbean Environment Programme (CEP).
