Drawing on Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and European Union experience, it outlines key barriers faced by enterprises, including limited awareness, capacity constraints and financing challenges, while highlighting opportunities for improved environmental performance, eco-innovation, cost savings and enhanced competitiveness.en
