Results of Water Monitoring on Persistent Organic Pollutants - Sectoral Report

This report summarizes and assesses the results of four regional United Nations Environment Programme/Global Environment Facility projects supporting implementation of the Global Monitoring Plan in developing countries. It covers projects in Africa, involving 15 participating countries; Asia, involving seven countries; the Pacific Islands, involving nine countries; and Latin America and the Caribbean, also involving nine countries. The report draws on the respective regional project reports and assesses their results in relation to implementation of the Global Monitoring Plan.
