dc.descriptionBackground: The Global Major Groups and Stakeholders Forum (GMGSF.14), an associated meeting to the UNEP Governing Council / Global Ministerial Environment Forum (GC/GMEF) will be held from 16 to 17 February 2013. In preparation for the Forum, Regional Consultation Meetings (RCMs) were held between September and December 2012 in all UNEP regions. The RCMs resulted in key messages and recommendations to the UNEP GC. These have been compiled and will be presented to the GC as an information document (UNEP.GC. 27/INF.5) and will be discussed during the GC under agenda item 4 (e): Coordination and cooperation with Major Groups.en
