Using Green and Digital Technologies to Reduce Food Waste at the Consumer Level-Case Study: Bangkok, Thailand

This document summarizes consumer-level food waste in Bangkok, Thailand, using findings from a 2019 survey and other reported measurements showing food waste as a large share of municipal solid waste and substantial daily household generation per person.
