dc.descriptionThis Toolkit was developed by ProAct Network as part of a UNEP programme on building regional and national capacity in Community Environmental Action Planning (CEAP) in Darfur. The Toolkit contains 37 participatory tools that have been selected as a starting point for use in a CEAP process. It is intended to be used alongside the accompanying “CEAP Handbook” and “CEAP Facilitator’s Guide”. This paper opens with some key considerations to be taken into account when using these tools and presents each in a standardised format, offering a summary of the tool and what it can be used for, and why and how it should be used.en
