dc.descriptionThis report is a Mid Term Evaluation of a UNEP implemented Sustainable Cities Impact Programme- Global Platform (SCIP- GP) project implemented between 2020 and 2025. The SCIP-GP project objective is that cities pursue integrated urban planning and implementation and increase their ambitions, to deliver impactful sustainable development outcomes with global environmental benefits (GEBs). The evaluation sought to assess project performance (in terms of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency), and determine outcomes and impacts (actual and potential) stemming from the project, including their sustainability. The evaluation has two primary purposes: (i) to provide evidence of results to meet accountability requirements, and (ii) to promote learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing through results and lessons learned among UNEP, the GEF and the relevant agencies of the project participating countries.en
