It shifts from strategy to action by mobilizing stakeholders around Restoration Challenges to protect ecosystems and reconcile people with nature. Developed through 2021–2022 consultations with partners and the UN Decade’s core team, Advisory Board, and Task Forces, it is global in audience. Section 1 sets background, vision, goals, and principles. Section 2 presents the challenges and an action framework. Section 3 describes implementation through coordination, communication, and finance. The plan invites policymakers, businesses, NGOs, scientists, educators, donors, and citizens to help restore Earth by 2030.en
