dc.descriptionThis report presents the baseline study for a large-scale ecosystem-based adaptation initiative in the Gambia River Basin that seeks to support climate resilience and sustainable natural resource management. It establishes initial conditions, indicators and monitoring frameworks to assess project progress and outcomes. It outlines the methodology used to collect and analyse data through field surveys, vegetation inventories, stakeholder consultations and secondary information sources across selected regions, community forests, protected areas and rural households.
