dc.descriptionThis is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP project implemented between 2005 and 2008. The project objective was to scale up investment in sustainable energy sector and begin addressing the climate change through market approaches that internalizes the environmental attributes of clean energy. The objective and scope of the evaluation was to examine the extent and the magnitude of any project impacts to date and determine the likelihood of future impacts.
