dc.descriptionThis strategy provides a structured approach to capacity building and supporting technology transfer on mutually agreed terms, recognizing that the chemicals manufacturing industries are profitable, and production is growing worldwide. It sets out priorities and mechanisms to guide coordinated action by a broad range of stakeholders, including governments, private sector and civil society, at national, regional and global levels, and across varied sectors, such as environment, health, labour and industry. This strategy was created with a series of multistakeholder consultations in 2025, including a global review process open to all Framework focal points, among others.
