dc.descriptionThis report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP-GEF project implemented between 2010 and 2014. The objective of the project was to strengthen trade with and utilization of biological resources at local, national and regional levels as a strategy for the conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity with global significance. The evaluation set out to assess project performance (in terms of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency), and determine outcomes and impacts (actual and potential) stemming from the project, including their sustainability.
