| dc.description | The UNEP Global Mercury Partnership and its Waste Management Area organized an online information-sharing session dedicated to mercury wastes management for the implementation of Article 11 of the Minamata Convention on 15 February 2022. The event introduced currently available resources and technologies for treating mercury wastes, featuring experience in different parts of the world, including Southeast Asia, Africa, and South America. The event was also be an opportunity for participants to interact with global mercury wastes management experts, and discuss on-site technological solutions. The presentations are separated for the two sessions. | en |
