dc.descriptionThe programme on environmental diplomacy aims to regularly enhance the capacity of the Permanent Representatives of the Africa Group accredited to UN Environment (the African Diplomatic Corp) with information and skills in order to strengthen the regions voice, raise their engagement in and advance common interests, and increase their effectiveness in regional and global environmental negotiations and agenda. The programme focuses on diplomatic practices of current and future multilateral environmental issues, challenges and opportunities taking into account the socio-economic development of the Africa region.en
