It describes a project designed to reduce the impacts of natural disasters, climate change, and sea-level rise while promoting the sustainable development of coastal areas through spatial planning. It also documents the development of national guidance materials, training programmes, and six draft provincial coastal spatial plans to strengthen coastal management and decision-making.en
