dc.descriptionThis document describes activities organised by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Serbia to mark World Ozone Day and raise awareness of ozone layer protection. A seminar held in the national park Đerdap gathered more than eighty participants and included educational visits to the archaeological site and museum Viminacium, the Iron Gate I Hydroelectric Power Station, and Silver Lake. Representatives of the National Ozone Unit presented previous work and planned actions concerning implementation of the Montreal Protocol and information on preparation for ratification of the Kigali amendment. en
