dc.descriptionThis report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP project implemented between 2014 and 2015.The project aimed to build the capacity of states and non-state actors to understand the linkages between human rights protection and sustainable development by identifying, promoting and exchanging views on good practices. The Terminal Evaluation was undertaken upon completion of the Project to assess project performance (in terms of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency), and determine outcomes and impacts (actual and potential) stemming from the project, including their sustainability.
