dc.descriptionThis report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP-GEF project implemented between 2010 and 2014. The overall objective of the FNR_Rio was to pilot nationally-driven integrated processes and approaches to reporting to the three Rio Conventions. The project aimed to develop integrated approaches to data collection and information management and contribute to planning and decision-making processes at the country level. The major objective of the Terminal Evaluation was to assess project performance, determine its outcomes and impacts as well as their sustainability, and identify valuable lessons learnt through the process of implementing FNR_Rio.
