dc.descriptionThis is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP GEF project implemented between 2006 and 2010. The immediate objective of Phase 1 of the project was to strengthen legal and institutional frameworks for collaboration and pilot demonstrations of IEM. The objective of the terminal evaluation was to examine the extent and magnitude of any project impacts to date and determine the likelihood of future impacts. The evaluation also assessed project performance and the implementation of planned project activities and planned outputs against actual results.
