Report on the Second HEM Programme and Technical Advisory Group (PTAG) Meeting - Gems Report Series No. 21

It is the purpose of the PTAG to oversee, advise and evaluate HEMs programme (see Report of the First HEM-PTAG Meeting, GEMS Report Series No. 15, Nairobi, September 1992). The meeting was also briefed on the update of office facilities, the reorganization of documentation in the library, the increase in requests for information, the demand for the HEM Newsletter Hemisphere, and the general increase in the routine workload of the office.
