dc.descriptionThis is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP GEF project implemented between 2005 and 2012. The objective of the project was to implement key aspects of the Regional Environmental Action Plan for Central Asia and to create enabling conditions for its further implementation through capacity building and pilot demonstrations in Sustainable Land Management. The evaluation had two primary purposes: to provide evidence of results to meet accountability requirements; and to promote learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing through results and lessons learned among UNEP, GEF and other partners.
