Firstly, strengthen the spatial management of river and lakes. Unreasonable development and utilization behaviors are prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to occupy river and lakes in various reasons, and misuse any shoreline to ensure that the stability of the river and the safety of flood control, water supply, shipping and ecology. Secondly, comprehensively clear and rectify the surrounding river and lakes. Illegal sand mining, littering garbage, illegal construction, etc., the solutions to all those problems ensure clean and tidy spaces for river and lakes, restore the flood storage capacity of river and lakes, and restore the ecological functions of river and lakes.en
