dc.descriptionThis report is a validated management-led Terminal Review of a UNEP/BMWK (former: BMU) project implemented between 2019 and 2023. The project's overall development goal was to support the introduction of clean captive installations (photovoltaic systems) to commerce and industry in Sub-Sahara Africa. The review sought to assess project performance in terms of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency, and determine outcomes and impacts stemming from the project, including their sustainability. The review has two primary purposes: (i) to provide evidence of results to meet accountability requirements, and (ii) to promote learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing through results and lessons learned among UNEP, the Donor (BMWK and formerly BMU) and the relevant agencies of the project participating countries (Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa).en
