dc.descriptionThe President of ECOSOC invites functional commissions and intergovernmental bodies to contribute to the 2026 High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development, to be held from 6 to 15 July 2026 in New York, including a ministerial segment from 13 to 15 July. The Forum’s theme focuses on transformative, equitable, innovative and coordinated actions for the 2030 Agenda. It will conduct in-depth reviews of SDGs 6, 7, 9, 11 and 17. Contributors are requested to provide concise inputs, following a specified template, addressing progress, challenges, innovative solutions, coordination efforts, follow-up actions, and recommendations for the ministerial declaration by 2 March 2026.
