dc.descriptionAnnex I to the present note sets out a compendium of the minutes of the meetings of the Committee of Permanent Representatives of 14 June 2016, 29 September 2016, 16 January 2017, 10 March 2017, 19 June 2017 and 31 October 2017. The minutes cover a broad range of issues that emerged during the intersessional period and include summaries of the regular reports of the Executive Director to the Committee as well as the reports of the subcommittee to the Committee. The minutes provide an evaluation of the second session of the United Nations Environment Assembly which contributed to a report on lessons learned in preparing for the meetings of the governing bodies of the United Nations Environment Programme considered at the 141st meeting of the Committee of Permanent Representatives.en
