dc.descriptionThe Evaluation of the UNEP Sub-programme on Climate Change was conducted by the UNEP Evaluation Office in line with the UNEP Evaluation Policy, the Evaluation Office Work Plan for 2012/13 and in consultation with the relevant UNEP Divisions. The Sub-programme Evaluation aimed at assessing the relevance and overall performance of UNEP work related to climate change in the last three biennia (from 2008 onwards) according to standard evaluation criteria (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact). The evaluation was conducted at four levels of analysis – UNEP corporate level, Sub-programme Level, Programme Framework level, and country level (in selected countries).
