dc.descriptionThe ‘53-P5’ project ‘Managing Harmful Substance and Hazardous Waste through the GlobalProgramme of Action in support of Regional Seas Agreements’ was implemented over a four-year period from December 2011 to December 2015. The project was designed in the context of the UNEP Programme of Work for 2010-2011 and specifically was intended to contribute to Output 536 under the Hazardous Substances and Harmful Wastes subprogramme, The release of harmful substances of international concern with regard to transboundary rivers, marine environment, and ozone layer are subjected to tighter control’.
