dc.descriptionThis report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP-GEF project implemented between 2006 and 2014.The project objective was to develop the national biosafety capacities required to establish functional, workable and transparent national biosafety frameworks in accordance with national development priorities and international obligations. The objectives of this evaluation are: to provide evidence of results to meet accountability requirements; and to promote learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing through results and lessons learned among UNEP, the GEF and their executing partners.
