The second workshop was seek to enhance stakeholders understanding of the BBNJ Agreement including its relationships with various related MEAs such as those addressing biodiversity, waste and chemicals. This was targeted to National Focal Points of the Fifth Montevideo Environmental Law Programme, MEAs Focal Points, UNEP Regional and Sub-Regional Offices, and RSCAPs.en
