dc.descriptionThe sixth session of the United Nations Environment Assembly of the United Nations Environment Programme will be held from 26 February to 1 March 2024, at the headquarters of the United Nations Environment Programme in Nairobi, Kenya. During a joint Bureau meeting of the Environment Assembly and the Committee of Permanent Representatives, held on 30 January 2023, the Bureau of the Environment Assembly decided that the theme for the sixth session of the Assembly will be defined as follows: “Effective, inclusive and sustainable multilateral actions to tackle climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution”.en
