dc.descriptionThis report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP project implemented between 2006 and 2012. The overall objective of the project was to support, facilitate and enhance the implementation of PEBLDS and thereby the CBD and other biodiversity related instruments in Europe. The evaluation had two primary purposes to provide evidence of results to meet accountability requirements; and to promote learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing through results and lessons learned among UNEP, interested governments, the GEF and their partners.
