dc.descriptionThis document presents findings from a technology transfer workshop held in Bangkok in March 1999, organized by United Nations agencies to examine experiences from Asian-Pacific developing countries that had successfully completed conversions from ozone-depleting substances to alternative technologies under the Montreal Protocol's Multilateral Fund. Through analysis of six private sector case studies and four case studies from international development organizations, the document distills ten core lessons addressing collaboration, planning, market dynamics, training, and policy considerations.
