dc.descriptionThis report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP project implemented between 2007 and 2012. The objective of AREED II was to improve access to modern, clean and reliable energy technologies and services for income generation by rural producers in Africa. The overall objective of the terminal evaluation was to assess the project performance, and promote learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing through results and lessons learned.
