dc.descriptionThis report is a management-led Terminal Review of a UNEP/European Commission project implemented between July 2020 and December 2023. The project's overall development goal was to strengthen national capacity for designing coherent and integrated policies for sustainable development, monitoring and reporting on the environmental dimension of the Sustainable Development Goals. The work was implemented as part of the UNEP project entitled: Informing policy through strengthening national, regional and global data and indicator frameworks and integrated analysis on the environmental dimension of the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs (PIMS ID 02082). The review sought to assess project performance (in terms of relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency), and determine outcomes and impacts (actual and potential) stemming from the project, including their sustainability. The review has two primary purposes: (i) to provide evidence of results to meet accountability requirements, and (ii) to promote learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing through results and lessons learned among UNEP, the European Commission and the relevant agencies of the project participating countries.en
